LEADBRIJ TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern use of SMS text messaging services provided by LeadBrij LLC on behalf of participating automotive dealerships.

Description of Service

LeadBrij provides a managed lead response utility for franchise automotive dealerships. When a consumer submits an inquiry through a participating dealership's website, webchat widget, or other digital channel, LeadBrij responds to that inquiry via SMS text message on the dealership's behalf and, where applicable, assists in scheduling an appointment.

This is a transactional messaging service responding to consumer-initiated inquiries. It is not a marketing or promotional messaging program.

SMS Program Terms

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent

By submitting an inquiry through a participating dealership's digital channel, you consent to receive SMS responses related to that inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

No Data Sharing or Selling

LeadBrij does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

LeadBrij's services are provided on behalf of the participating dealership. LeadBrij is not liable for delays, errors, or failures in message delivery caused by wireless carriers or other third parties outside its control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
